The Historic Charms of Sinclair Suites
Sinclair Suites resides in a meticulously renovated two-story brick building, a testament to the town’s rich history. Originally built by Charles S Sinclair in 1909, it served as the town’s drugstore, remaining in the Sinclair family for over sixty years. In 2024, the second floor of the property was transformed into four private one-bedroom suites, that offer a stylish retro-luxe vibe, with spacious 13-foot ceilings, clean lines, a rich masculine color palette, and minimalist furnishings.

Allow us to introduce ourselves, Suzanne & Andy, your friendly hosts at Sinclair Suites. We are not only business owners but also best friends and parents who appreciate the importance of small downtowns and their unique character. Our journey began with Emmett’s Brewing Co. in downtown West Dundee, and over the years, we’ve expanded to other small, historic downtown locations. Airbnb hosting is a natural extension of our love for hospitality and creativity. We reside nearby and relish small-town living. When we’re not tending to our business, you’ll find us immersed in home projects, exploring, savoring great food and drink, and cherishing the company of friends and family. We look forward to making your stay at Sinclair Suites an unforgettable experience.

Our location is conveniently located 3 miles north of Interstate 90 and five miles from the closest Metra Train station. Uber, Lyft, and PACE public busses are all available.
House Rules
- No smoking
- Pets are not allowed
- No parties or events
- Rooms are designed for double occupancy; please request permission in advance for additional guests
- Not suitable for children (0-12 years)
- Check-in is anytime after 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM
- Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve
- Please be considerate of fellow guests
- We’ve put much care into creating this space, so kindly treat it with respect and care; refrain from damaging or moving furnishings
- Enjoy a 60″ Samsung Smart TV in your suite; feel free to customize your entertainment with your own streaming services
- Makeup remover towelettes are provided; please use them instead of white washcloths for makeup removal
- On-site parking is not available, but free overnight parking is conveniently situated just outside the front door in the municipal parking lot
- The property has a few sets of stairs, with ten steps in total, and an additional 14 steps for accommodations on the second floor of the house.
